To begin, I would like to share how I use Microsoft Word to design printables, planners, and journals. I practice using word in at my own pace. Microsoft Word is an inexpensive and user-friendly way to design printable products. First: spend some time drawing out your printable ideas. Second: for the page setup, start by opening up Word on your computer and naming your printable or planner. Click on the layout tab at the top of the group section of the ribbon. The designer can insert shapes, charts, lines, and text with fonts as needed. Third: fill in the page with the content that will serve your audience. You can easily update and edit fonts, colors, and styles as your needs change. Name and Save your printable product as a PDF document and store as document. You will learn as you go and work at your own pace.
